I feel like such a bad bisexual. I still sometimes think things like “why do I feel this way? why can’t I just pick a side?” and “is there something wrong with me?” aaaand my favorite “why won’t either side accept me?”. And then there’s the “I really want to be in a poly relationship but I don’t want to people accuse me of being selfish/a whore/a stereotype/just looking for attention”. Gah. What do I do?

- You don’t have to pick a side. That’s basically what being bisexual is all about.
- No there is nothing wrong with you. That’s silly. You’re awesome. Stop saying that. Now.
- ‘Either side’ sounds like they’re being a giant bag of dicks that need a little education in biphobia. ‘Fraid I can’t answer that one, if I could I’d be solving homophobic, sexist and racist problems everywhere! All you can do is stay true to yourself, and hopefully educate a couple of dumbasses on the way.
- Hearing about anyone, from any group (race, religion, sexuality, etc), not doing something that they want to do because they’re afraid they’ll fulfill a stereotype makes me hulk out. THAT IS BULLSHIT. DO WHAT YOU WANT, BRO.
- Do what makes you happy.
- If I were you, I would find a Proper Advice Blog, that will probably give you far more coherent advice then I ever could.
- Hug it out.
- No, come on, get in here, let’s hug this bitch out.
- Aw yeah.
